After the first day of construction, we noticed it was a little loud in the store. We met with RestoreMaster, and it was interesting to me to see how accommodating they were. The fact that they took into consideration the nature of our business and what our guests here require from us… they made a few calls that I was very surprised to see a business make in this day and age, as far as doing what they did to accommodate us. It’s Harley-Davidson, we expect the best, and we got the best. Susan with RestoreMaster has really stepped up the level of service I even expect from our own team members. It’s adapt and make sure that our guests are 100% taken care of at all costs. That’s what RestoreMaster did for us.

We had a very great experience with RestoreMaster. Had never done a claim before and the sales Rep done a fantastic job explaining the process and walking us through every step of the way. They were honest and very professional they got everything approved and went right to work There roofers were fast and reliable and did excellent work. I would encourage anyone to use this company. My experience with RestoreMaster LLC has been very amazing. They were able to get done what they promised from the initial visit that our local roofer couldn’t do. They dealt with our insurance company until we got from them what we needed to fix our very badly damaged roof when our insurance company did everything to try to not have to pay to fix it. Sean kept us informed and up-to-date on everything during the process and has been very easy to get ahold and cooperative with all of our needs in the post repair phase. I would highly recommend RestoreMaster LLC for your commercial roof repairs. I am grateful for all they have done for us.

We live in Panama City, Florida and worked with RestoreMaster after Hurricane Michael severely damaged our primary home, as well as some rental properties. We did our research and did some background checking with other companies that had used RestoreMaster in the past, and every one that we talked to highly recommended that we use RestoreMaster. We would recommend them in a heartbeat. Their professionalism and the extent they go through to make sure everything is done correctly. They are very quick at what they do. I am very surprised at how quickly they replaced all the roofs on our property.

I cannot put into words how awesome it was working with RestoreMaster. Joe bent over backwards to make sure I didn’t have to go out of my way for anything. They did my roof and gutters perfectly. They took care of insurance and everything! Was my first time filing a claim and you can bet I’ll have Joe right next to me for all my future claims, he made it easy! They provided the best customer service I’ve ever had and they did so with the utmost professionalism. I honestly can’t wait to have them do more work on my house, because I know they will do it competitively, professionally, and quickly. Plus all I have to do is get out of the way 😀.
